ALKE-BLACK Platform Rules

Version 1.0 — Community, Content, and Conduct Standards

These Platform Rules apply to all users of ALKE-BLACK, including Buyers, Sellers, and any person interacting with content on the platform.

1) Purpose of These Rules

ALKE-BLACK is a curated marketplace and creative space. These rules exist to protect buyer trust, seller integrity, and the dignity of the platform.

2) General Conduct

Users must act respectfully and lawfully at all times.
Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour are not tolerated.
Users must not interfere with platform operations or security.

3) Content Standards

All content uploaded to ALKE-BLACK must be appropriate, accurate, and aligned with the platform’s values.

No hateful, discriminatory, or offensive material.
No illegal, explicit, or harmful content.
No misleading images or false representations of products.
Only upload content you have the right to use.

4) Outfit Challenge & User Submissions

Outfit photos must feature products available on ALKE-BLACK.
Submissions must be original and authentic.
Stolen images or impersonation are prohibited.
ALKE-BLACK may feature selected content for promotion.

5) Likes, Comments & Engagement

Engagement must be genuine.
Artificial engagement, fake likes, or manipulation is prohibited.
Spam comments or promotional abuse are not allowed.

6) Seller-Specific Rules

Sellers are subject to additional obligations under the Seller Agreement. Sellers must maintain platform standards, accurate listings, and professional conduct.

No bypassing ALKE-BLACK payment or delivery systems.
No direct solicitation of buyers outside the platform.
No manipulation of stock, pricing, or availability.

7) Fraud & Abuse

Any form of fraud, deception, or abuse will result in immediate action, including suspension or permanent removal.

Fake accounts or identity misrepresentation.
Payment abuse, chargeback manipulation, or false claims.
Attempts to exploit platform systems or vulnerabilities.

8) Enforcement

ALKE-BLACK reserves the right to enforce these rules at its discretion. Enforcement actions may include content removal, account restriction, temporary suspension, or permanent removal.

Enforcement may occur with or without notice.
Decisions are made to protect platform integrity.
Repeated violations will escalate enforcement actions.

9) Reporting Violations

Users may report content or behaviour that violates these rules through the Contact & Support page.

10) Updates to These Rules

ALKE-BLACK may update these Platform Rules as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated rules.
